Siberian Husky Rendezvous
February 26-27, 2005
Open to AKC/CanadianKC Siberians, Samoyeds, and Rescued Siberian teams. Purebred numbers required with entries. Rescue teams are not eligible for purse or year end club points.

February 26-27, 2005 (Snow conditions permitting)
Classes:
- Sprint: Skijor (4 mile), 4 dog (4 mile), 6 dog (6 mile), 8 dog (8 mile)
- Mid-Distance (12-14 miles): 6 dog, 10 dog

UPDATE ON THE SIBERIAN/SAMMY RENDEZVOUS (February 17, 2005):
YES, IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN! THE RACE IS ON, BUT AT A NEW LOCATION!
We now have a new location for the Siberian/Sammy Rondy! A huge thanks to Rocky Mountain Sled Dog Club for coming to our assistance and allowing the race to take place at their race site in Granby, CO Feb 26-27. Yes, this is a long way from Ridgway, but it is a good site and it has snow!
Classes offered will still be the same as stated on the entry form so let's get going and mail those entries in! Thanks, Debra Su and Mark for working this out!Due to the series of changes, no late entry fees will be charged. Mid-distance classes will start at 8am (7:30am driver meeting), and sprint classes start at 10am (9am driver meeting).
Race site is just south of Granby, Colorado on Highway 40. Turn west on Road 56, which is immediately north of the City Market (with a large lighted Elk Ranch sign). Go about 1/8 mile and turn left behind City Market. The short dirt access road from the paved road to the parking lot will be very muddy in the afternoons.
RMSDC is covering the race insurance and much of our race costs. This will still be a CMM race, it is not an ISDRA sanctioned race. See you out there!
